West Burlington, IA- The West Burlington Police Department has identified a Southeastern Community College student who was found deceased in their dorm room.
According to a news release, at about 2:06 PM Monday, April 8th, West Burlington Police Officers were dispatched to 1500 West Agency Road for an unconscious male who appeared to have stopped breathing.
Southeastern Community College student 19-year-old Hwangki Cho, originally from Japan, was found deceased in his dorm room.
The West Burlington Police Department believes there to be no suspicion of foul play awaiting an autopsy report.
Cho was a member of the SCC soccer team.
West Burlington Officers were assisted by the West Burlington Fire and Burlington Fire Departments.
