Gov. Reynolds issued disaster proclamation for six counties

Des Moines, IA-  Governor Reynolds on Wednesday, April 17th, issued a disaster proclamation for six Iowa counties in response to severe weather.

According to the Governor’s Office, Governor Reynolds issued a disaster proclamation for Allamakee, Cass, Des Moines, Fayette, Henry, and Lee Counties in response to severe weather that occurred Tuesday, April 16th.

The governor’s proclamation activated the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program and the Disaster Case Advocacy Program for those counties.
