Des Moines County Arrests

The Des Moines county Sheriff’s office arrested 37 year old William Miller on a violation of his probation on an original charge of fraud. Miller had received a five year sentence in March of 2016 and has had subsequent violations for contempt. He was held at the Des Moines County Jail on $10,000 bond.

 

The Burlington Police Department arrested 48 year old Jason Martin on three drug related charges. Miller was held on $1000 bond for two counts of possession of a prescription drug and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

An arrest warrant that was issued in May of this year was served on 46 year old Donald Wall yesterday at 3:49 PM by the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office. Wall failed to appear for an arraignment on May 4th of this year, resulting in an arrest warrant being issued by Judge Dean. Wall also has a possession charge pending. He was taken to the Des Moines County Jail on $2000 bond.
